「Breakfast was underwhelming」

「Room was expensive for being a Fairfield Inn at $400/night. Breakfast was reasonable and included. Location was convenient to get to beach and to get to Providence. Overall, would recommend」

「Property outside was nice, staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms.....Had to change rooms due to the bedding having stains and smelled very musty. The replacement room was better. It's a nice place for the price and a short stay. It's definitely dated, well used, could use some attention on the small things; i.e. bedding, trim paint, clean out the freezer in the fridge, proper shower curtains, and some general deep cleaning in the hidden away areas (corners, behind furniture, etc).
