「Very tired and run down unit, smells, demanding a $100 bond, clean bed, basically a bed for the night. Permanent renters noisy, smoking outside door & shouting till late. Close to tram in to town though.」

「The property was centrally located. Surrounded by a beautiful park and walking distance to Victoria Markets. The staff were extremely helpful, their restaurant served great food, and the room amenities were perfect. I will definitely stay there the next time I’m in Melbourne. Thank you!」

「Great location, close to the shopping mall.」

「Inner facilities: Very comfortable to stay with adequate equipments and space for a family. Location is convenient with walking distance to Preston market and station.」

「Stayed for work trips. Great location」

「Overall is good and clean I」

「This is my second times to stay in Adina Pentridge, staffs are friendly and helpful. I like the room, bar and swimming pool which are clean and stylish.」

「The first room that I was given, smelt terribly of cigarette smoke when I entered. I opened the balcony door to get some fresh air into the room. I very quickly closed the door again, as there was a pile of cigarettes butts in the middle of the balcony. I went down to the reception area to inform them of the situation. They very quickly & most apologetically gave me a much better room.」
