「酒店的装修非常艺术化，有个性。 但是酒店的工作人员不够专业。清洁工收拾了房间后，没有及时补充新的物品，比如浴巾，水。前台没有及时提醒我们酒店到停车库的交通路线。 」

「The staff were polite and helpful. However, the hotel did not have an accessible room with a waterside view. I booked two rooms, we had to call down to reception to have the rooms cleaned two days in a row. The entire hotel needed to be overhauled and renovated, it appeared very run down. I have family who resides in the area and I would not stay there again.」

「I chose this hotel for its price. I think it was a little overpriced for the condition of the facility. As there is a no-smoking policy in the building there were quite a few people hanging around the front/side of the building to smoke, which gave it a shady vibe. 「This place by far is the best hotel that I’ve ever stayed in. The staff (each and everyone) made our stay that much better, from toilet paper to directions to just talking they made my family feel welcome. The hotels amenities were outstanding. The breakfast and social hours were awesome meeting new friends and just having pleasant conversations with people we didn’t even know. Thank you for that opportunity. 「The place is a crackhouse …..not a place to stay on vacation especially with a family and young children. There was a party outside my room and I was afraid to open the door. Thank God I had my Dog with me, she is a good watchdog so I felt a little better. Stayed one night not two as planned.」
