"I am disabled and although there are only about 2 or 4 disabled reserved parking spots, I was very pleased to be able to park in one of the spots directly in front for my 3 days stay. I also enjoy the free breakfast, Oatmeal and coffee is my normal breakfast, so I am super satisfied, they also offer protein bars -- another one of my staples. And the rooms are GREAT. The rooms are immaculate. YOU will not be unhappy. "

"A desk staff member was at the desk and friendly when he met us at our late check-in, breakfast was fresh and delicious. Only one complaint: the heater did not warm up at all, but we were too tired to make an issue of it. But the room was excellently clean!"

"The rooms were clean and each overlooks the Elizabeth River towards Norfolk's waterside which was beautiful at night. The restaurant food was delicious and all staff was pleasant and helpful. The hotel isn't in an area where there weren't any undesirable folks hanging around si it felt very safe to walk around at night."

"Everything was nice. With a handicap room you need more towels so u can soap up the water that gets all over the bathroom."
