That hotel is trash. The front door doesn’t shut properly. The blankets were dirty. The sheets had cigarette burns in them. Roaches crawling everywhere. The tv didn’t work. Big hole in the bathroom door. Floors were nasty…hence the roaches. The refrigerator sat on the floor. This place needs to be shut down

Reserved a handicap room on the first floor. When we arrived they only had regular rooms on the 2nd floor, my 85 year old father is wheelchair bound. Then tried to give us a room on the first floor that had no sheets on either bed, was filthy, and the front door handle and lock were loose. We had to leave and find accommodations elsewhere. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. Avoid it at all costs.

Booked non smoking room. Room I got was heavy smell of cigarette smoke, dirty sheets/pillowcases. The guy in front lobby said he can give me spray for smell and extra sheets. After being in the room for 10 minutes, I couldn’t take it anymore. I had to book a hotel nearby.

The non-smoking room smelt of strong cigarette. I had to go back down to the counter and asked for soap and a wash rack for the room. The hotel did not have any shampoo. Also breakfast was advertised, but they had a son at the front desk saying no breakfast being served.

It was absolutely disgusting. Upon walking in the room, the door had gaps to where you could see daylight to the outside. The light by the door didn’t work. He had to walk to the bed to turn the light on, even after turning the light on there switch by the door did not connect to that light. The so-called blanket on the bed was a curtain. There was massive holes in the door and it looked like something was stuffed in.
