The staff were very unhelpful , wouldn’t provide instant coffee , despite a kettle in the room .. only tea apparently, the fridge in the room would work sporadically .. even refused to give me dental kit ..and no shower caps … definitely not worth the money

The staff was very helpful but the hotel was way understaffed. On Saturday night, could not get anyone to serve drinks or provide ice. There were no outlets by the desk nor bed. There were only two outlets near the floor that were not close to the desk or bed. There was not a light near the bed. As it was for only for one night, but if a longer stay this room would be unacceptable.
