「Very friendly reception staff, good location and cost for money」

「The staff are absolutely lovely. I accidentally broke a table trying to take a selfie and I was saying there because I am in a very unsafe and scary situation. They were extremely kind to me. Thank you Venus staff. 」

「We booked via expedia. Since we expect ourselves to arrive later than check in hours, we have requested expedia to contact the park for late check in arrangement. The reply from expedia is asking us to contact hotel directly. We arrived the park 18:01 and the reception is closed. Without receiving any safe box code from expedia, we stand in front of the gate with wind and rain. Fortunately, we called and left message to the park’s after hours mobile, and Belinda (the property manager)...
