「The concierge didn’t work as planned. Every time we call from our room for some kind of service they never picked up the phone. They were nice people, just never available. We were there within the first two weeks they opened so perhaps that was the issue. Room service was terrible. Not the actual service but the food. Shrimp was hard like a rock (as it if was cooked and then warmed up again before serving so it was actually a rock), they forgot condiments but the room service attendants were...

「The resort itself was nice. The beds are hard but everything was very clean. Our 12 year old loved the pools but the beach was too windy, causing cloudy water and sand blasting. Our first night there we had one of the rudest wait staff we've ever met in our life. When asking about the resort menu she seemed annoyed and would visibly roll her eyes and walk away.」

「The balcony view of the pools and beach was incredible as well as the sunset cocktail experience and music. The dining experiences at the rates are fantastic though it is great. You can take a short walk to have an equally impressive dining experience. Either perk amenities include the free spot experiences as well as free sunscreen. While drinks are pricey, they are delicious and well the house always wins in the casino. It is still a very professional and fun vibe. I would recommend this hotel...
