Peaceful retreat near the popular Palm Beach

My family had a wonderful stay at the palm Aruba. Communication with staff was excellent and amenities were great! Great location close to Palm Beach but away from the commotion of the high rise strip. Delicious restaurants within walking distance too.

The condo had everything we needed. Our host Agni was very responsive. Just make sure they turn on the hot water when you arrive. Everything was clean and safe. The security guard Albert was so nice!

This was a nice apartment to stay at while vacationing it had all the amenities. We had a concern upon checking in and it was addressed immediately. They have 24 hour security and close to the beaches, restaurants and night life. I would definitely stay here again.

Everything was amazing, loved that everything was close by, Loved that it was tucked away from the crowds, yet close enough to walk to any and everything. Staff was amazing, very helpful attentive. I didn't like that I had to leave. lol. Will mos def be staying there again and again. Lovely spot

Communication is poor. You are instructed to leave a message but it takes quite a while for someone to get back to you. First the refrigerator went out and then when we tried to use the dishwasher it also did not work.

The property was in a great location, clean, and a lot of room for our stay! We only had one problem well on the property and that was no hot water during our stay. There are alot of condos on the property so i assumed the apartment was operating with one or two hot water tanks! Well, i did end up calling the property manager and she said it was working before we arrived. The maintenance guy came the same day but we were leaving the next day. I wish they would make sure the unit has hot water before the guest arrive, knowing their arrival. Taking hot showers is a must!
