"Le camping VVF est très bien situé de la ville de Noirmoutier, son marché et ses restaurants. Il y a un accès privé depuis le camping à la jolie plage des Sableaux et aux pistes cyclables. Location possible directement au camping de vélo. La piscine peut être utile si la météo n’est pas favorable. Les hébergements sur pilotis sont très chouettes. Le notre (35) était à l’abris des arbres et sans vis à vis direct. Très bon accueil de l’équipe à la réception."

"Hotel bien pour une nuit. Nous avons eu la chance d'avoir une chambre à 130e mais cela ne vaut pas plus. Cependant chambre propre et spacieuse. SDB vieillotte mais adaptée au handicap. Les mur sont fins nous entendions les enfants des voisins qui pourtant ne devaient pas faire tant de bruits. Si vous souhaitez être au calme c'est pas le bonne endroit ou alors cela dépend de la clientèle du jour. Piscine un peu verte et surtout remplis de produits. C'est indiqué piscine chauffée mais honnêtement...

"Surprise d'arriver devant une chambre d'hôtes alors que ma recherche était initialement pour un hôtel avec le confort recherché dans une chambre. Cela qui n'a pas été le cas puisque les toilettes sont près de la porte d entrée qui oblige à retourner proche du salon et la salle de bain est commune. Il est vrai que l'accueil a été tout à fait cordial, la chambre est grande et calme bien qu il manque des voilages aux fenêtres pour plus d intimité. "

"Our stay family stay at the hotel was excellent. A great room on the ground floor opening out onto the swimming pool. The pool was lovely and warm, and the games room with pool table and chess board were well used by our children. We would really recommend the hotel which was in a great location next to the castle. Buffet breakfast was very good"

"A family run hotel that is very good value for money. The food in the restaurant, including breakfast, was varied and delicious. The pool was especially welcoming in the during the current heat wave. Well worth staying here if you want value for money on a quieter part of Noirmutier"

"Beautiful hotel if your aim is to just flip flop around, lounge by the pool and soak up the sun and smell the surrounding pine trees. Think little lizards, pine cones and pina coladas. We had an upstairs room which had the most beautiful view. All the rooms face out onto the sea, and you get a beautiful light over the water in the evening. The balcony’s are mostly shaded too which is a good thing, it helps to keep the rooms cool. You can hire bikes (€14 / half day) and cycle across the island to the main town quite easily, around 30 mins and very flat. Breakfast was €25pp which we thought was quite pricey, so we decided to make the most of the little fridge in the room and keep some fruit and small supplies for breakfast instead. The lunch menu is a bit limited, mostly sharing / charcuterie style boards, but enjoyable nonetheless for a light lunch. The restaurant dinner menu was more substantial and very enjoyable, and the cocktail mixologist was superb, very calm, collected and made some excellent cocktails for us. Finally, the ‘beach’ is only really a beach at low tide and the water is extremely shallow when at mid-tide. At high tide the beach completely disappears which may put you off, but we were more than happy with the large spacious and clean pool right next to the beach with the ‘lazy river’ to enjoy too as a bonus, complete with sea air. Overall we loved this stay as a couple for our anniversary, and would definitely recommend it."

"Second visit to these apartments, staff are brilliant. Apartments are clean and tidy. Pool isn’t heated but it’s perfect for the hot weather, we were always able to get a lounger and had lots of fun days by the pool. Highly recommend using their service for bakery items delivered to reception. Lovely beach down the road and not too far of a walk into town. Lidls isn’t far away. We loved the table tennis table. I would recommend bringing an air fryer if you’re planning on doing a lot of cooking, we found it a lot easier to use this. "
