「Accommodation and staff are great. Second stay within 6 months. The only down side is the push to watch a presentation for some sort of sales pitch. I gave advanced notice I was not interested to attend on the phone prior to check-in and was still pushed to attend at check-in. It ends up making the check-in process awkward - even worse after a long travel to get to the accommodation with tired children. Please improve this process.」

「Since this hotel is my middle point drive from Brisbane to Sydney, so we check in very late, after 9pm. Hotel sent me the message teach me how to take key and parking car before I tell them I will come late. That is thoughtful. I felt sick in next morning, that is the check out time at 10am. I called the staff immediately. The staff is very nice allow us to late check out at 11:30am. Thanks for their help. 」

「This is the best location in Port Macquarie. Beautiful view over the water, right in town but not on the main road. Apartment 602 was very spacious and we particularly loved the large balcony. Only think we missed was more towels and bathroom amenities.」

「Room was clean & good sized. Property needed some attention. Our shower head was broken. It was held on with tape, which fell off. There were other residence/guests who smoked on the verandah, which made it very unpleasant. A good point was that the property was easy walk to town.」

「Booked based on reviews. Staff was friendly, had nice hot shower, comfortable queen bed, nice view of canal. Was colder than normal outside and no central heating but extra blanket in closet and small space heater kept us very comfortable. Very close to canal trail into town which was very nice for walking. Curtains not room darkening. Very convenient location.」
