「The hotel felt very homely, with a warm informal reception. It’s quite huge inside with many corridors creating a feeling of discovery.
I have to give a special call out to the restaurant. Great menu and my choice was exceptional in every way. Service & food brilliant.
Our room was the Thomas More suite; happily we escaped with heads intact!! Cavernous room with sufficient sockets. Didn’t really trust the old plumbing so avoided the shower.
Would be in our shortlist should we stay in...
