"The hotel is in the heart of Arusha city center. Great location and walking distances to cafe shops and restaurants. Breakfast is very limited, but they can do better than what they offer. Arusha has plenty of fresh food coming from the farms everyday I don’t see why they shouldn’t take advantage of that. The only one thing that I thought was outrageous was room service. They charge $12 for room service and if you bring any food in your room from outside they charge $10 cleaning charges. For this is not acceptable if you are playing $140-$150 per night. "

We had reserved five rooms, and upon arrival, we were asked to pay an additional US$10 per person for breakfast, despite the property listing stating that breakfast was included for all rooms. The next day, the hotel manager spoke with us directly, explained the miscommunication with Expedia, and offered a solution. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, it’s a reliable and trustworthy property that we would consider again."
