「The hotel was in a great location. The Car park beside, was very busy, so be mindful if you have a car to park. Bring Cash, as the systems were down. Hotel was very clean, beds were good.」

「The staff were so welcoming and I loved the holiday decor. It was a very warm and comforting vibe and the coffeeshop right next door was also a bonus. This hotel had a lovely restaurant staff who made delicious food and brought be warm pastries right from the oven! The rooms were so spacious! I stayed in 2 different types of rooms as I wanted to get a feel for what they had to offer. There is no elevator, but I was always helped with my bags. It is tricky to get a taxi to come into the old town...

「Cozy and tidy place to stay, huge balcony is an advantage. Located in the middle of old town area with lots of night life activities, a bit noisy from the bars and restaurants around but bearable. Stairs are scary but staff will help carrying bags.」

「Wow! We are blown away by how friendly the people are in Baku. They do everything to help you without being too much at all. 10/10 to all people in Baku. Qiz Qalashi Hotel was everything we asked for and the distance to Formula 1 entrance is super close. We sat at Mugham entrance, would recommend for people attending the race! All the staff at the hotel was top tier, Thank you all! The hotel has a collab with another hotel for breakfast with the best view over Baku and really great food....

「This is a old building and might not seem very clean. But the location is very good and close to commercial center, old city and Caspian sea. The breakfast was good and the staff were helpful. I had requested for shuttle for transfer from airport to hotel since my flight supposed to land at 2 am. The shuttle never showed up and I had to get a taxi after waiting for almost 20-25 minutes. Just as an FYI that they might forget about shuttle. 」
