The two chairs in the room (one a rolling desk chair and the other one a causal chair) were very uncomfortable. The seats in both were very hard and sitting in either one...

「The room was ok, I've seen worst. I didn't use any amenities, I was in town for something else. I fell yesterday due to a sink hole near my room. When I told the desk clerk this morning during checkout he never once inquired as to whether I was fractured at all. So unconcerned, no empathy. I didn't eat breakfast. Another tenant was inquiring about the pool not working when I arrived and she (wasn't in use) told him that's what made them check in and he was using false advertising.」
