"The driver who took me to the airport, was a pain in the neck insisting on tip. I had no cash and yhe guy was very insisting, a hassle. The hotel should train this people not to bug customers after paying inr 1200 for a 5 min ride"

I understand it's Mumbai, but still for the amount paid per night, I would expect to have aleast a decent sized room."
