「2 adults 2 kids, only have 2 pillows in the room. When we asked the receptionist for two more pillows, they said it is out of stock and provided some towels to us. I saw that most of the customers were treated for the same. Hotel should consider to have sufficient pillows to provide to the customers.」

「酒店近伏見站，地點方便，對面有巴士直達機場，超讚的 （需要留意巴士開出時間）。 職員都很有禮貌及樂意協助， 有一天忘了把鎖匙留在房間，也得到很迅速的協助。 垃圾桶及毛巾只要放在房門外，便會更換，減少打擾。酒店有自助洗衣機及乾衣機，十分方便。 只需10分鐘步程便到榮站，附近有很多很店和購物地方。 這次有很多地點還未逛，一定會再到訪名古屋。 」

「從榮2號出口，直行過紅綠燈,不用5分鐘就可到達,方便。房內有棉花、橡筋、梳等基本清潔用品，亦有即棄拖鞋及免費樽裝水提供。附近有齊三間便利店，步行前往loft,muji等購物地方，10分鐘內可到。矢場味噌豬排、世界的山將亦在附近，亦有不少食店。酒店大堂有磅，可以磅行李，十分好，下次亦會入住。」

「The staff are very friendly and helpful. Hotel location is good if from airport or go to airport. Just the apps show you the swimming pool and other function room which is not really included, you have to pay extra for access as they are not included in your booking.」
