"Staff was very friendly and the room was clean. The property grounds and pool are very nice. The beds and pillows are hard as a rock so sleeping was less than comfortable. The room was also very warm even with the air conditioning set at 19C. We had to use the stand fan and dehumidifier the entire time so that was less than desirable. The breakfast buffet is overpriced at ¥2800 per person for what was offered. Not very many options for foreigners who don’t eat traditional Japanese breakfasts. Coffee in the room in addition to tea would also be nice. Overall we enjoyed our stay despite those minor things. The onsite Yakiniku restaurant was very good!! "
"The room and the public bath were very clean
It was within walking distance from the Ishigaki ferry boarding area
Many buses stop at the hotel's front door, which is very convenient
I took a bus bound for the airport "
"Very helpful person at the information desk. Of course we spoke through google translate
The japanese breakfast items were delicious
It was located exactly where we needed it to be, directly across the street from from the ferry to Takatomi island. Perfect location if you’re taking a ferry."
