The toiletries are skimpy (the shampoo and soap are good, but the toilet paper is low-quality, and the towels are fairly rough), and the hot water is not quite hot enough. "Great hotel, everything was perfect. Beautiful architecture of the building, 4 big and clean pools, tasty and fresh food. The pool bar has everything you wish for to drink and the barkeeper is very professional. The main restaurant for the all inclusive is high level gourmet. The staff was friendly, nice and helpful. "We were there during Covid time in Europe the staff was wearing mask to keep us safe. Everything clean few times a day. The staff was helpful if you were having question. The room was clean, the swimming pool area was also clean. Overall we have a nice family stay. "

"I’ve been staying at the hotel few times already. Last year I noticed the hotel grounds were not very well maintained but this year the hotel was visibly getting old, poorly kept and outdated. The grounds were dirty, the swimming pools were not clean, the gym is unsafe for children and people just let them play inside unsupervised. The hotel hallways were dirty and smell bad and you could smell cigarettes everywhere. The staff is not helpful and try to do very little of their job, at the business check in time they had one staff member and the counter and long waiting line. The 2 elevators were rarely working and so small to fit more than 4 people. Huge disappointment overall "
