The hotel is five star for Bulgaria. Responsive, pleasant, and attentive staff, food was plentiful and varied, however there is little change from day to day. As typical in the region beef is not the best and other choices were overcooked. Still, there was enough choice to find a satisfying meal. Their indoor and outdoor mineral pools are very nice. The private beach is excellent and well appointed with umbrellas, lounges, and a nice bar. Rooms are spacious,modern, and clean. Spa services are offered, including good haircuts for men and women that are inexpensive. Free parking, of course, with a few EV chargers. Raising the quality of the food preparation would be advised, but it is still one of the best in Bulgaria. The local town is not, but there are enough very interesting day trips to take if you wish to do that. Have fun.

At the height of the season, the hotel does not offer any activity in the evenings. I stayed at the hotel for 7 days, during which there was a singer's performance once. This is not typical for a 5 star hotel. In addition, the hotel allows massive smoking on the dining room balcony, during the meal. In 2024 it is no longer adequate.

En mycket positiv upplevelse-stjärnglans

Hotellet är endast 4 månader gammalt och har femstjärnig klassning. Vi erhöll varsitt armband som fungerade som dörröppnare, betalningsbekräftelse samt behörighet till hotellet. Fungerade ypperligt. Du kunde enkelt följa dina inköp på ditt konto via rummets tv. Hotellet hyr i huvudsak ut rummen med halvpension. Maten är mycket god, färska produkter och väldigt välsorterad. Det är buffé som gäller. Tyvärr vet inte alla gäster hur mycket de orkar äta, så det slängs alldeles för mycket. Dryckessortimentet är mycket bra. Personalen är mycket effektiv, hjälpsam och vänlig. Vi provade hotellets SPA som ingår och de har bla sex stycken olika bastu. Behandlingarna som kunde köpas till var mycket bra. Det var rent och snyggt på hela hotellet såväl ute som inne. Ett minus är att parkeringen inte är asfalterad och att den grusade ytan rycker väldigt mycket.
