They sent a taxi to pick me up; apologized; upgraded my room from basic to presidential; and offered a fantastic meal at no cost. My initial outrage changed into appreciation. If you are on business trip and require wifi access to conduct business, then you better think twice to check in to this hotel. "Hotel was nice, with a big clean washroom. We only stayed for one night to catch an early flight, so didn’t use any facilities. The hotel is OLD yet well kept. BUT has a strong odour associated with that. Reminded me of a wet rag. If you’re okay with that hotel is great :D."
