「staff were friendly and helpful, amenities were great and family friendly, pool area was great and meals we had there were up to or above expected. One waitress in the breakfast area, Bridgit, stood out with excellent customer service as I had laryngitis and couldn't talk much and as soon as she knew, she offered to make me a hot honey and lemon drink for my breakfast drink. This happened 2 days in a row and I was very appreciative of her care and attention. Well done Bridgit :-)」

「A lovely stay in a beautiful setting」

「when we arrived at the hotel it had heavy rain, outside of eleverator or builiding floor were all very wet, we had to be walk very slowly to avoid falling down. We tried to have BBQ at swimmin pool, it was clean, but the light was not working well. The shower curtain was not possible to stop shower water to flood on shower room floow, due to poor design. The worst thing was our room carpet was very wet on second day morning, due to last night's rain. We can only say it was not a good...

「The entrance from Viewland Drive is not really convenient for going to Hasting Street. However, rooms are big enough and quite comfortable, staffs are very kind. I left a bag in the room after checked out and they helped me to find it back in efficiency.」

「Hotel is an ideal place to stay. Rhonda the host is fantastic & will do anything to assist you. The room is very clean as is the pool with parking for each room.The hotel is a little way from the town but there is a nice river walk across the road that will take you there. Also a nice pub with good food to the left of the hotel across the bridge.」
