The lady was so helpful and nice ,the guest house was big, she picked us up from the ferry unexpectedly beacuse it was raining , the bakery was close by and good the have freshly made sandwiches and pastries also dropped us off at the airport

The guesthouse hosts are all very helpful! They drive me from the pier. They prepare simple maps. The room is clean, facilities are good, got kitchen, washing machine, hair dryer etc. Stores are near, got bike rental, restaurants and store. Very convenient. The hosts are so thoughtful to inform me that my return ship is cancelled, they told me the alternative ship schedule and drive me to the pier, help me with everything.

Simple living arrangement during Niijima visit. The guesthouse is centrally located, close to bike rental shops cafes, supermarkets and bars / restaurants. The host is very kind and helpful when our ferry out was cancelled due to strong winds. We extended our stay by one night. The guesthouse itself is very basic - small bedroom with thin futon beds and shared kitchen, washroom and shower. I couldn't get hot water but we mainly used the public Onsen anyway. The laundry facilities came in handy as we packed super light. Bring your own plush towels if you're like me... Perhaps because it's on an island, the guesthouse was the most expensive (£63) among budget options we stayed in around Izu (£25 per pax in Ito and £50 per pax in Shimoda).

女将さんがしごできです。チェックインよりだいぶ前に着いたのですが、車で港まで迎えに来て頂き、道中にレンタサイクルや営業中のお店などのアドバイスも頂きました。施設も清潔で洗濯機、キッチンも使えて暖かく、快適に過ごすことができました。

宿から連絡があり港への送迎をしてくれて助かりました！中心地まで歩くと20分近くかかるのでありがたかったです。 使い勝手のよい小綺麗な一軒家へ案内してもらいました。(二棟くらいあるのかな？) 他にお客さんもいなかったのでゆったり過ごせましたし、商店も近くて、食べに行くのもお土産もでかけるのに便利な立地でした！ キッチンも使えるので長期滞在の時には過ごしやすいのではないかと思います。

町の中心部で食事・買い物に便利でしたが、周辺の道は狭いので、車で行くのでしたらスーパー側からアプローチするのが良いと思います。買い物、食事の情報も十分に提供されたので、快適に過ごせました。室内の清掃状態も良好で、食器、調味料等もあるので、自分で調理することも可能でした。

素敵なゲストハウスでした。

ゲストハウスという宿に泊まることは初めてでした。 とても綺麗なゲストハウスでした。 そして、送迎もしていただき、お店の方の優しい温かなお気遣いにも 感謝でした。 雨で外に出られることが少なかったですが、友人と楽しくゲストハウスでも過ごさせていただけて、有り難かったです。ありがとうございました。

清潔です。

まだ新しい宿なので、非常に綺麗で清潔です。 新島の宿はどこも三菱エアコン霧ヶ峰が設置されていて、パワフルな冷風で癒してくれます。このゲストハウスは部屋の密閉性が高いので、エアコンの冷気が逃げたり、隣室の物音がうるさいといった心配がありません。 バスルームとシャワールームが別になっており、満室でも余裕をもって利用できます。シャンプーやボディソープ、バスタオル完備です。 共用のキッチンは、食器類はほぼ揃っており、基本的な調味料や炊飯器もあります。包丁が切れないので、本格的な調理をするのは厳しいですが、一般的なマンションのキッチン同様の広さがあります。(あくまで別館のキッチンの話です。本館のキッチンはもっと広いです) 歯ブラシや浴衣の用意は無いので持参してください。プライベートを保証された、快適な宿泊が期待できます。
