Great customer services; paid good attention to customer needs. However the property a bit dated and not much facilities for tourists to enjoy like fitness center and executive lounge.

Court Hotel Niigata
Central location, all amenities worked, very cheap price and just a small surcharge for breakfast. Very helpful front-desk young lady and a range of extras like iced drinks in the reception area, including ice cubes.
