「Room is spacious and clean. The family run hotel is in a quiet hillside neighborhood adjacent to Landstuhl Army Medical Center in the hills above the village. The rooms are in the semi-sunken basement but not too dark. No views of the hills outside but if you are here, you should be sight seeing or visiting people and places. Trotz zeitweise geringer Auslastung (ich war auch Werktage dort, aufgrund von Terminen) sehr, sehr bemüht, uns alle Services in vollem Umfang zu bieten (z.B. wurde Wellness extra für uns außer der Zeit geöffnet und Sauna eingeschaltet). Einer der Gäste hatten dann seine Ausweispapiere vermisst. Das Personal hat gründlich überall gesucht, sie schließlich ins Sofa gerutscht gefunden und uns per Einschreiben nach geschickt. Wie gesagt, top Service! 」
