"Everything about this property and staff is 5 stars! Impeccable grounds. Very safe, two checkpoints. Staff was friendly and made you feel at home away from home. I highly recommend staying here over the Westin. The reserve is absolutely gorgeous. "We had good time gloria took us for lapas lapario tour which was good experience and we had to move our last night from barcelo tambor a barcelo san jose.. we got helped by staff name Juvenal ortiz roman an abigail from front office.. and it saved our flight from missing.. it was great experience..it was our 3rd stay in 3rd country with Bercelo hotels. Suggestions more options in vegetarian and other food options would be nice.."
