Pretty decent, gets the job done. Very no frills. I would have appreciated more basic amenities like a tissue box, plastic cups or something for drinking water, and body soap at minimum. But the property is well maintained, room was clean enough, and staff were very nice. It's in a good location, walking distance to anything you could want, and includes parking.

The owners are wonderful, and the place itself has great potential. However, the building is quite old and would benefit from regular maintenance to preserve its structure and charm. It also appears that the owners are handling most of the cleaning themselves. I would recommend hiring a cleaner at least once a week to ensure the space stays consistently fresh and well‑maintained. Overall, the location is excellent, close to everything and very convenient.

Unfortunately, my experience at Olympia Motel in Niagara was very poor. The room and bathroom both had visible mold, creating an unsafe and unpleasant environment. Additionally, the room lacked basic amenities such as a hairdryer. Considering the high price, the overall quality and cleanliness were far below expectations. I would not recommend staying here.
