There is no air-conditioning in the hotel lobby, and the air-conditioner in room and restaurant is not cool enough, which were very disappointing. The window drape was missing and not fixed before my check-in, fortunately the lobby manager was trying to provide good service, and arranged a technician to fix the drape the second day of my 3-day stay.

従業員はいつもニコニコしていて気持ちが良かったです。部屋の広さもそこそこありいい感じでした。バスルームも窓に面していていましたが、さすがに向かいや周辺から丸見えなのでブラインドはずっと閉じていました。 水回りにはアリがいたので、おやつの食べ残しなどに注意です。 朝食は値段相応でしょう。10種類ほどのおかずと、数種類の果物と飲み物がありました。 帰りは空港まで送迎をお願いすると35万ドンでした。空港からメータータクシーで53万ドンかかったので助かりました。 ホテルはUSDとの両替しかできなかったのでニャチャンセンターでしていました。

免費升級。服務非常好，幫忙致電預約泥漿浴的轉車，服務員懂英文能溝通。海景露台，房間很大有沙發，淋浴用品很好，毛巾清潔。房間清潔衛生，有安全感，很多外國人入住。早餐很豐富多款選擇，所有越南地道食物都有。此酒店感覺非常好，直得推薦給遊客入住。

The hotel is near the end of an alleyway. The lobby looks dated. They wanted to keep our passport which we refused. The hallway is just so so, but we got a renovated room which looks ok. Bed was too soft and bit lumpy. A/C did not work well at all. We felt warm all the time. Breakfast was good most days. Staff were good most times. Housekeeping can be improved. There were no shampoo or body wash for 1 day and no tissue for 2 of the 3 days we stayed. Location was very close to the beach and activities. Surrounding was noisy. We had a early flight and had to checkout at 4 am. No one was at the counter. Taxi driver told us to leave the key. Overall, it was just ok for a budget hotel.

Great location but shower concept was weird

Tucked away in an alley way is the Prime hotel. FYI - this hotel holds onto your passport until the end of your stay so don’t freak out when they don’t give it back to you. The location is exceptional because it’s right around the corner from the beach. There are a bunch of massage places and a couple places to eat down this alley way. Best thing: you can’t really hear all that honking from the Main Street. Room is a decent size with a large bed. Not the comfiest but it will do. It’s a bit dark in the room - could use more lighting since there isn’t much natural light coming in. Bathroom comes with amenities however the shower is a bit weird. There’s a drain in the bathroom so when you shower, just know that the whole bathroom floor will most likely get wet. The hotel provides sandals for that purpose. There is no full length mirror. We don’t really have much a view because the window is so tiny. Bring your wall adapters because there’s no universal plug. Walls are very thin. You can hear the neighbors, the people above you, below you. They are very strict with towel inventory. They didn’t have beach towels to lend us so we used our regular towels and called in for fresh towels when we got back to the room. AC is very strong. Breakfast buffet was mediocre. The only thing I really enjoyed at breakfast were the fresh watermelon and passion fruit juices. The pool on the 15th floor had a great view but the water was too cold for my liking.

Stay away stay well away

On arrival checked in with a friendly member of staff. I booked and payed for a room with a sea view. Decent room excellent view of beach ocean and Vinpearl mountain. There were no seats on the balcony I went to reception to ask for chairs but was told that the room was not a premier room so I could not have seats. It took me three days to get the seats. (I booked for 9 nights). On the first morning at breakfast I got two cups of coffee for my wife and myself. The coffee was cold even though it was on a supposed hot plate. I told the waitress behind the serving counter the only response I got was a shrug..I went to the egg counter asked for an omelette the server was on his phone I had to wait 2 to 3 minutes for a response. He started to cook it left it on the hot plate while he was laughing and joking on the phone.I got it after about 5 minutes. Two or three days later I again went to the egg counter.It appeared no one was there I waited 3 to 4 minutes some arrived and there the same person got up from below the serving counter with phone in hand. One morning we left the cereal containers were empty.We turned up next day about 7.15am they were still empty.I asked for cereal and was told they were finished. The was still over 2 hours of breakfast left.All the staff appeared miserable and totally unhelpful. One of two things have to happen either sack all the staff in the dining area or get a new supervisor to get this lot sorted out. Stay away stay well away

Lage und Personal top Zimmer so lala...

Lage: Der Eingang des Hotels ist in einer Gasse versteckt und ist der Nähe der Hauptstrasse und Strand (5min). Das Hotel ist auch in der Nähe vom Nachtmarkt (5min) und hat 2 Shopping Centers (15-25min) = Sehr gute Lage mit vielen Aktivitäten Personal: Sehr freundliches Personal und immer sehr hilfsbereit. Frühstücksbuffet: Leider nicht gerade viel Auswahl, aber ausreichend. Leider wurden defekte Toasters und andere Dinge nicht ersetzt. Zimmer: Diese war sauber und hatte durch den Free-upgrade einen tollen Blick auf das Meer. Das Zimmer hat so ziemlich alles was sehr gut ist. Leider konnte erstens das dritte und zusätzliche Bett nicht die gleiche Qualität mit bringen. Das Doppelbett war von der Bequemlichkeit her ok. Was sehr schlecht ist, sind die Vorhänge im Badezimmer. Diese sind leider plus/minus transparent. Auch wenn das Hotel gegenüber ein bisschen verschoben ist, könnte man theoretisch von der anderen Seite aus reinschauen. Da müssen dichtere oder bessere Vorhänge angebracht werden. Pool: Nicht sehr gross, aber ok. Preis/Leistung: Geht völlig in Ordnung.

pros: location near the beach and many restaurants, room was ok (we did get an upgrade upon arrival) cons: hotel smelled awful everywhere since people had smoked cigarettes inside, the breakfast was terrible, they claimed that breakfast should last until 9:30am but when we got there at 8:30am there was barely anything left and the staff was already cleaning up. We even saw a staff member smoking in the kitchen.

予想通り素晴らしかった

１０階の部屋でベランダにも出れて外を眺めたとき、海岸と地平線が見えてとても綺麗でした。浴槽からも外を眺めることが出来て最高でした。ただもう少し水圧が高いと早くお湯を張ることが出来たと思います。 朝食はレストランでバイキング形式でベトナム風や洋食もあり豊富で美味しくいただきました。 フロントの人はベトナム語と簡単な英語を話してました。友人がベトナム語が出来たので私は困ることは無かったです。 両替はホテルを出た直ぐの料理店で両替してもらいました。 夕食は雑誌に載っているロシア料理を食べに行くため地図をしめしてホテルの人に場所を教えてもらいました。地図上では近いと感じましたが歩いていくには少し距離がありましたが、観光がてらいい散歩となりました。

Десять дней во Вьетнаме.

В общем довольно неплохой отель. Очень удобное расположение. Недорогой. Подпортил настроение выезд из отеля. С меня хотели содарть 250.000 донгов за большое полотенце. 28 июля я поменяла после пляжа вместо двух полотенец одно, так как второе на пляж не брали и оно было чистое. Так они его решили включить мне в счёт что я как будто его потеряла. А то что я им сдаю два полотенца их не волнует. Кое как объяснила, они же ничего там по русски не понимают, а английским я не владею. Очень не понравилось что пляжных полотенец как таковых нет. Идёшь на пляж берёшь с собой большие полотенца которыми вытираешься после душа. А идёшь с пляжа говоришь на рецепшене что надо поменять на чистые и пока поднимаешься в номер к тебе выходит горничная с полотенцами для обмена. Вообщем этот момент подпортил впечатление об отеле. А так отель соответствует на свои три звезды.

냐짱 해변에서 정말 가까워서 수영 및 태닝하기 좋은 위치입니다. 다만 호텔이 생각보다 낡앗고 (우리나라 모텔보다 못한 수준) 청결하단 느낌은 못받았네요. 호텔 직원들은 너무 착하고 친절합니다.

Dirty Pool

the main reason I booked this hotel was for pool which was disgusting and dirty and no filtration running ,I wouldnt get in it ,everything else pretty good .

Average hotel, great location.

Great location, average breakfasts but very hard (but large) beds. The pool is in terrible condition with loose tiles all over the pool floor and no beach towels.

Prime

The hotel was nice, we got a free upgrade as our air con in the first room wasn't working. The roof top pool is a good idea but directly behind is a construction site of a high rise and it's hard not to feel that debris could rain down at any minute.

Fint hotell med ypperlig service

Personalet gjorde dette oppholdet veldig behagelig. Kom tidlig morgen. Mamge timer før insjekk. men fikk bruke bassemg, spise frokost og bruke dusj under venting
