There is no air-conditioning in the hotel lobby, and the air-conditioner in room and restaurant is not cool enough, which were very disappointing. The window drape was missing and not fixed before my check-in, fortunately the lobby manager was trying to provide good service, and arranged a technician to fix the drape the second day of my 3-day stay.
