This hotel was hidden in a side street behind other hotels but it’s such a gem. We booked for a 2 sea-view rooms. Upon arrival they checked us into a 3 bedrooms sea-view apartment. Beautiful and spacious, the room had everything we needed and more for just the three of us. Sitting in the balcony, waiting for the sunrise was a highlight too. Located in the heart of tourist area, walking distant. Definitely would come back.

受付場所がわかりにくい

Maple Hotelと受付が違い　とてもわかりにくかった。係員は12階にあると言ったが12と12Aがあり12Aにはなかった。他にも戸惑っている客がいた。１階のエレベーター前に案内の紙をつけるべき。ローケーションは最高だった。

사진과 다르겠지~ 생각했는데, 일부창문이라고 했는데, 사진과 같았어요. 해변도 보이고, 시티뷰도 보이고~ 메이플호텔건물에 12층에 홀리비치 오피스가 있고, 그 윗층으로 방을 줬어요~ 넓고, 깨끗하고, 깔끔하고 좋았어요~ 냐짱에 또 간다면, 이 곳에 또 머물고 싶네요^^

호텔보다 편안했어요.

세탁기,냉장고,전자렌지,밥솥까지 갖춰져있어 장기투숙객이니 대가족 여행에 적합해요. 주변이 번화한 여행자 거리라. 택시 이용하지 않고 먹고, 마시고, 놀기 편하고 해변까지 도보 3분이라 좋았어요. 수영장 유료로 이용할 수 있고, 루프탑 바 퀘백은 전망좋고 음식도 맛있었어요.

I like the beach/sea view, especially for purpose of watching the fireworks during countdown to 2019. I also like the cool breeze and refreshing air that come into my room at the 22nd Floor. My room has most of the essential facilities and hotel is situated at a convenient location, close to all local amenities. WHAT I DIDN'T LIKE IS: I refer to room no. 2203/1 - connecting room with sea view balcony. 1) Bathroom light switch The bathroom light switch is outside the room. It is inconvenient! If I turn off the bathroom light before sleeping, I will need to go out of the room to turn on the light if I wake up in the middle of night to go to bathroom. If I don't turn off the bathroom light, the light from the bathroom will be illuminating the room which disturbs sleep. So appreciate that you shift the bathroom light switch to inside the room. 2) Shower cubicle It is very annoying to walk on wet floor to go to the wash basin or toilet as the shower cubicle is before the toilet. It would be much better if the shower is at the inner and toilet/wash basin at the outer, before the door.

홀리비치아파트먼트(코너, 오션뷰)

좁은 골목에 위치하고 있어서 어르신과 같이 가는 경우 걸어야 됩니다. 바람이 강할경우 새고(식탁옆 창문), 비가 올 경우 물이 샙니다.(거실 발코니측)하지만 직원 분들 친절하고 뷰 좋았습니다.

悪くない！

空港からGrabを使って300万VND約40～50分かかります。 運転手がわからないこともあるので、メイプルホテルと言った方がわかると思います。 大通りから路地をはいってかなり進むと、メイプルホテルがあり、その21Fが受付です。 メイプルホテルの受付に行ってはいけません！ オーシャンビューの部屋は、テラス（バルコニー）が横の部屋と共用になっています。 見晴らしはかなりいいです！ 掃除もOKだし、問題ありません！ ただ、このクラスのホテル（マンション）はシャワーの水がトイレに入っていくのが いやですね！（笑） それと、部屋により、備品タオルの数が違うようです・・・。 以下の問題点は、このホテルズドットコムの問題だと思いますが・・・。 当初、ホテルにメールしても連絡がなかったので、ホテルズドットコムに電話して 最終日レイトチェックアウトをお願いしました。 その場でホテルに電話してくれました。 結果、返答は18時までは無料で使えるという話でしたが、チェックインの時に 確認してみると、「そんな話きいてません」ときました。 確約ではないと、サイトからメールきていましたが、「しらない」という返事はないよな！ と思いました。 結局交渉の上、追加料金を払い、最終日違う部屋にはいり、そこで18時までいました。 ホテルの従業員は親切で、この過程をWECHATを通じてやりとりしてくれました。 ホテルズドットコムに今後このようなお願いをするときは、先方の担当者の名前、ホテルズドットコムの担当者の名前を控えておかなくてはなりませんね！
