Fantastic

Very good hotel, gave us upgrade to a Seaview room on arrival, the staff were very friendly, and helpful, great position, nice room, comfy bed, would recommend to anyone staying I Nha Trang.

Following question we ask reception manager and this question is for Hotels com as well as you are taking bookings for international customers: Under the Standards of International Hotel Rating code to operate as a Hotels 1 star🌟 Or more bedrooms/s MUST have at least one window with visible daylights and fresh air circulation and it is also used as escape exit in case of an emergency. Any rooms with no windows could be ONLY use as a storage rooms or stairs or elevators or fire escape hydrant etc. In the future as an agency for any accommodation purpose rooms with no windows should not be advertised. We have had a filling like we are sleeping in the tunnel or bunker trapped inside like the animals. Personaly I will never ever accept any more this type of accommodation. Overall the hotel deserve only 3 * rating with out using rooms for accommodation for guests.

海景完美但叫車服務令人失望透頂

不知是飯店還是員工的問題，不管是去i-resort或者去機場都是私家車，去i-resort的車付了來回的錢，結果回飯店時卻被放鴿子，拿著付錢的收據詢問i-resort的櫃台，卻得到這個不是他們公司的車不清楚的答案，害我們回來時不只多等了一小時，結果還又自己招計程車，心情非常差，去機場時飯店也不是叫taxi而是一台私家車。 前台員工看似親切但不知是英文不好還是純粹不想應付我們，雖然面帶微笑但覺得態度敷衍。

해변에서 가까운 편리한 호텔

직원들이 굉장히 친절합니다. 해변과는 도로 하나만 건너면 되는 위치라서 편리하고, 주변에 식당과 슈퍼가 많이 있어서 아주 편리합니다 옥상의 노천수영장은 너무 작아서 얘들이 이용할 수 있는 수준입니다. 가성비가 훌륭한 호텔입니다.

Номера хорошие чистые. Но если брать номер с видом на море , нужно просить номер без решетки на окнах , иначе весь вид на море превращается в зарешеченное окно. У нас был хороший номер на 12 этаже. А у друзей на 10 этаже была сплошная решетка пр всему окну. Близко магазины , кафе, аптеки, массажи. До пляжа близко - только перейти оживленную дорогу . Не так суетно, как в европейском квартале. Хотя при желании до него легко дойти за 10 минут

For the price it was an excellent value.

Right across from the beach. The staff are wonderful. The buffet breakfast was amazing ant the hotel is right in the middle of all of the action in Nha Tran. I would stay there again in a heart beat

This stay was booked through Wotif and i paid significantly more Money for a superior room so that my two girls and I would have More room. The room were given was tiny - literally not enough room to walk around the beds. When I pointed out I had paid for a superior room I was advised that my room was superior. This affected our stay as I could have saved $250.00 for standard room. The hotel itself is in a great location and the reception staff were fantastic and lovely girls. However the major problem with this hotel was the restaurant which was horrible. The included breakfast was bad. Cold greasy food, warm milk, and a huge variety of really bad food. Over our 4 day stay I think we gave everything a go and there was not one thing that any of us enjoyed. The fact that the whole dining area needed a good clean and the staff were miserable dos not help. the first day we went to the roof top pool we could not get out of elevator because there were piles of dirty towels all through the entrance. I have only put recommend for the location.

Little hit and miss

Got upgraded on arrival to oceanview room,on top floor, never had my passport held by hotel in europe , indonesia, fiji, vanuatu, but held here. Lifts reasonably quick, but hallway often smelt of cigarette smoke as people without windows would open their doors and let the smell into the hall. Room was a good size and clean . The bathroom was shower over bath, clean and worked well, towards the end of stay replacement of shampoo and soap fell away and had to ask for toilet paper, all came promply, only some staff about 4or 5 had reasonable english but putting pen to paper with drawings helped. Great location, but getting a oceanview room comes with a trade off lots of road noise and horn blowing for nice view ,good and wide variety of eats close by , get hotel to pick you up from airport cost $40 au , i think hotel pickup $25 and better car and driver than taxi. Breakfast had a good range, fruit, eggs, rice, cold meats, toast, bacon, sausage, cakes, cearal, lipton tea and reasonable coffee, got given a free vietnam coffee my eyes didnt close for two days very sweet. Towels available from reception for beach use. enjoyed our stay except got woken by very loud music at 4am coming from speakers on the road at the front of hotel, this . Worth what we paid for.

Six nights in Nha Trang

The hotel was well located close to the beach. A lot of traffic was just outside but that was known at booking, though some noise could be heard through the windows. The breakfast was pleasant with both cold and hot dishes and plenty of fruits. We mailed the hotel several times asking them if we could be picked up at the railway station. We never got any reply from the hotel :(

酒店设施有点旧，住过同样房型的301，801。高楼层的明显好很多，低楼层实在太吵，而且301的冰箱有问题总会突然的发出异响 尤其在半夜时真的很影响睡眠。801住两晚发现有很多小虫爬…这个也有点恼人。早餐比我想象的要好，该有的都有了，味道也还不错。只能说说得上出色的就是地理位置了，过条马路就是芽庄海滩，芽庄的海滩是真美也很干净。周围吃喝也很方便。
