Tiles around the swimming pool are lethal. You can see they’ve been fixed numerous times. You stand on one end and the other elevates creating a trip hazard. I tripped up 4 times, I saw one child hurt their foot on the tiles. The swimming pool itself was great. I put the do not disturb button on twice. First time I was telephoned to see if I wanted the room done, the second someone knocked to ask. Both times I was trying to sleep, hence the DND was on. Breakfast was ok, not many western options. The staff were friendly and accommodating in the main.

This is not a 5 star property. It is a self proclaimed “5 star” property to attract business. Lobby is basic with old cheap furniture, corridor and carpet is well beyond its years, rooms are super basic with cheap furnishings, bedding is okay but ours had stains that were not replaced even after asking. Bath fixtures need repair and caulk around sink is moldy. Bath towels are cheap. The pool is the best reflection of how much this property doesn’t care about its facilities. Broken tiles everywhere, no towels, broken furniture, old torn outdoor carpet and the sky lounge? Long gone. Price reflects the quality and service you will receive. Buyer beware.

Reception was warm and supportive. Even the housekeeping staff were thoughtful and polite. I felt comfortable with the space and service, despite a few minor issues during my stay, which were promptly resolved. However, I hope the receptionist will be more mindful of her tone. During checkout, I reported a lost 1 room key I brought out side and used them to accessed in the elevator and open the door which I was certain I put them back at one spot as long as I got in the room. Another one I constantly have them in the room in order to get the room fresh and cool when I get back. Despite explaining this, she raised her voice, implying I should have reported it sooner to avoid a penalty fee. I clarified that I hadn't left the room all morning, but she still scolded me. Eventually, she agreed to waive the fee, but her initial tone left me uncomfortable.

Good service! Manager Tsan is very helpful and professional. We have a problem with Lotte Apartment false advertisement and change to this hotel. Manager Tsan support us to arrange a nice room for us according to our need and budget. Using a good brand and good quality equipment Everything is good except the breakfast is nothing fancy but eatable. But it is free and include in the low price room rate and no complaint about it.

Rooftop semble abandonné, pas de parasols, pas de serviettes à la piscine, il faut descendre 30 étages pour en demander à la réception puis les rapporter. Mini bar vide alors qu’il est censé être plein : 2 bouteilles de vin facturées à tort au checkout. 30 mn pour obtenir gain de cause. Service pas au niveau d’un 5 étoiles.

Det er grei hotell, passer fint til å være 5 stjerne hotell. Basseng er passelig stort, men ikke så stort som jeg forventet. Det er fortsatt veldig fint å bo der, trygg og lett for å bestille bil/grab inn. Så vil anbefale videre, men velge alle hotell med 5 stjerne i nærheten også. Ta en uke her og der, så får man nyte mest mulig 😊

담시장근처 가성비 좋은 호텔입니다. 오션뷰던 시티뷰던 둘다 좋아요! 개미가 나와서 객실 변경 요청했더니 바로 방도 바꿔주셨고 주변에 가까이 마트도 있어서 급하게 음료나 라면사기 좋아요. 조식은 다양하진 않지만 간단히 먹을수 있는건 다 있어요. 다만 위치가 여행자거리랑은 살짝 멀어서 그렇지 시내에 간단히 묵을 가족여행숙소로는 괜찮았습니다

I booked the hotel based on the photos provided on the website. However the actual rooms do not represent what is shown on the website. There was no artwork on the wall and no sofa furniture to relax on. All of which is shown in the photos on the website. There are no pool towels so when you use the pool you then have to keep ringing reception for towel changing as you have to use the bath towels. The pool area was never set up with sunlounges and sun umbrellas around the deck area of the pool. Getting in and out of the deep bathtub to have a shower is very dangerous and the poor design means you end up with a wet bathroom floor and bath mat each time you shower. You cant see properly to use the bathroom mirror as there is no overhead light, therefore it is quite dark to see to shave. If you have any visitors come to see you, you and your guests are treated like prisoners. The owner/manager should either finish the interior of the rooms as shown on the website or changes the photos to reflect the actual room finishing and look.
