「I picked this property based on reviews and hotel photos. The place didn’t disappoint. Spacious rooms, beautiful and well-maintained gardens and absolutely the best staff. Our group arrived quite early and the manager allowed us to check in early and even gave us breakfast that morning. Accommodated every request as the hotel was not busy. Manager was quite friendly and hands on. The rest of the hotel staff were also genuinely nice and caring. My only regret is we should have stayed here longer....

「The overall experience was good and positive. The staff are happy and from a general stand point a positive one. The only issue I would point out is that I arranged for a day trip through the hotel to go to a very historic pagoda. The female staff member told the driver to go to a totally different location than I wanted. This happen once then I thought it would be corrected but she did it again and again I finally said enough and left. This was a small issue as I was able to find a substitute...

「The room is very spacious. Very friendly and helpful staff. You can use their bicycles to travel around for free. We arrived on New Year's Eve and the hotel hosted a party with free buffet dinner for all the guests! Their staff even performed traditional dances.」

「The stay is in general very good. Room in very good condition, nice decoration and foods are good. One comment on the service. Called front desk once around 10pm. No one answer.」

「酒店環境很好，大堂員工很多大會英文，但有一個專人翻譯，房間很乾淨，由於這裡早晚溫差大，若有暖氣就更好，我們住的時候晚上很冷，沒有蚊咬。但夏天這裡會很多蚊，因很多花草，自助早餐有熱有冷不錯。晚上也上此晚餐也不錯，環境好食物也可以價錢唔貴。SPA則要改善，價錢不平但無暖氣，洗澡室只有一個，還有毛巾係濕，以這個價錢應要大大改善SPA的設施」

「ニャウシェンシェの中心に立地して便利。スタッフは皆フレンドリーで気分がいい。インレー湖のボートライドもリーズナブルな価格で予約してくれた。自転車は無料。サイクリングコースの地図を手書きでわかりやすく書いてくれるなど、とても親切。朝食はビュッフェではなく、毎日異なるシャン料理で楽しませてくれる。部屋は清潔で使いやすい。大きくはないホテルで、居心地がいい。」

「It's a budget hotel, so everything is pretty basic, but importantly, everything works and is certainly comfortable enough. Staff were friendly and very helpful, even with limited English. Location is a bit outside the centre, but perfect for the (Fire) Balloon Festival being a 5-10 minute walk from the launcing site at Awayyar Fire Balloon Field.」
