「This is a great hotel. We got stuck in Cincinnati die to a winter storm. Deandre at the front desk was so accommodating and provided our group of six all of the necessities we did not have i.e. toothbrush toothpaste. The room is very clean and the bed was so comfortable after rough day on the road. We would definitely stay here again even without being snowed in.」

「Room was clean, it just would not get warm. The heat wouldn’t turn on. So I ended up grabbing the extra bedding set and adding that blanket on top of the comforter for additional warmth. Breakfast was good. The power went out a few times in the morning due to the snow storm, but the front desk workers were really good in keeping those of us down there calm.」
