This place was absolutely charming. There’s only 18 rooms in the lodge but the bar and restaurant were packed for dinner. Fantastic food, friendly staff and a great atmosphere.

I stopped here for a business trip but would definitely use again for business or pleasure. great location, plenty of parking, very friendly and helpful staff. easy check in / out, room was perfect. Dinner and breakfast as above - all perfect.

I and 3 friends staying there in Oct, from the very start the welcome was v positive. My 3 American friends enjoyed an evening meal and all us enjoyed a drink later on. The barman / night porter was most engaging and good fun. The breakfast was freshly cooked to order with great variety. The hotel is out of town and was very quiet. In fact I m returning again this week.
