Positive stay

Wi-Fi was terrible, couldn't get any work done and there was one particualr person on reception who wasn't helpful whatsoever, but there was a lovely gentleman who made up for it and went above and beyond. The room was huge - brilliant!

Bannville Hotel has the most friendliest staff, most clean and comfortable rooms we stayed in on our week trip to Northern Ireland. I would recommend and will stay again at this lodge!!

Over the top service

We only booked one night as we didn’t know how long we needed to stay due to a family situation. The hotel kept our room open whether we used it or not and only charge for the days we are here at discounted rates. All staff are incredibly helpful and friendly and hugely empathetic.

Nice Hotel

The hotel was fine, the room was reasonably clean. The mattresses on the bed could do with been changed. The staff were very friendly. The room was big. There was a lot of noise at nightime from the other guests as they passed the room.

Overnight stay in Banbridge

I chose this hotel as I was travelling back from Belfast and wanted to be in the area for the Game of Thrones Experience. It was ideally located and very reasonable including breakfast. Room was very spacious for a single. I'd recommend.

Arrived very late one night off the ferry at Belfast, friendly team, clean warm room just a bit oldy worldly. Overall, a cheap option.

Great 5 night stay

Booked this for a recent work trip. We were both really pleased with the hotel. Great value for the area.. The food was all excellent with good service always. The room was very decent and comfortable. Will definitely return.
