Great stay!

We had an amazing stay at the Sea Breeze Inn! It was our first time in Newport and it did not disappoint. The room was extremely clean, bed was comfortable and homemade breakfast was amazing! Thank you for a great stay and we hope to be back sometime!

Very clean and great location! The owners are very nice and have done a great job with this place. Yiayiaā€™s cafe is great for breakfast and coffee. Downtown is less than 10 minutes away too.

very cozy place with a VERY comfortable bed. Wonderful made to order breakfast included. Free parking. Less expensive than staying in Newport and very worth it. So easy to drive to Newport, find parking, and walk everywhere. Staff friendly and helpful. Try Reject beer Co. if you like beer and a good vibe. Would return!

This is an amazing Inn convenient to everything. The owners make you feel welcome and right at home. Very clean and everything is updated Beaches in walking and driving distance. Close enough to downtown Newport and other Newport experiences. It is on a main road, but you forget about that as soon as you enter the Inn. Definitely will recommend, and will be back next year!!

Excellent stay close to Newport, away from crowds

From the minute we entered the hotel, we felt as if we were visiting with old family friends. The place is spotless, tastefully decorated and welcoming. The entire staff and owners, a husband and wife team from Greece are warm, friendly and gracious hosts. Our room was simple, comfortable and squeaky clean. The food in the small cafe was great, especially the homemade Greek dishes.

My friends and I stayed at the Sea Breeze Inn for a long weekend. We canā€™t say enough good things about the staff and the property. Itā€™s incredibly clean throughout. The staff is beyond accommodating, helpful and kind. The breakfast was healthy and delicious. They even have good coffee! The location couldnā€™t have been better for us. Just a quick five minute drive from Bellevue Ave and Thames Street. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.
