「Was ok for 1 night and a quick stop. Pillows need to be updated though. 」

「We tried checking in. We were suppossed to have two rooms. First room was satisfactory, second room had not beem cleaned. Beer cans all over the floor, one of the beds wasn't made. Window was wide open and it was 40 degrees out. Went back to the front desk, they gave us a new room. Went to check that one out and neither bed was made all the bedding was laying on the floor, there was an electric air purifier running. Went back to the front desk and told them we were gonna find a different hotel....

「This was one of the nicest hotels we have stayed at. Very clean. Rooms were wonderful. Property was excellent. Great area to walk. The bed was so comfortable. So quiet and breakfast was great. Will stay here again. 」

「It was very noticeable that they were short staffed. Rooms not vacuumed neither were the hallways and sitting areas. Only one operable elevator on the waterpark side of the resort. Only one place to purchase food and that was the food shack in the waterpark area and they had very limited hours and only one person working and he was not always at the counter or within ear shot. The bathrooms/changing areas in the waterpark were not cleaned. 」

「The hot tub was filthy, the beds were hard. Floors were dirty. It was so loud all night. Left after one night and cancelled night two. I have had good experiences with Baymont’s in this past but this one was terrible 」

「Room was large, clean other than the fridge still had some drinks left from the last people. Standard king room with jacuzzi tub in the bathroom only had a window with only shower screen between it and the rest of the room which is weird. All in all it’s great value for what they charge. 」
