「Check in was quick and staff polite and efficient. Room was spacious and clean as was the bathroom. Bed very comfortable. Evening meal in restaurant was of a high standard and good sized portions - staff in restaurant very attentive and friendly.」

「I was upgraded to the main hotel and it was fantastic. Clean room and bathroom. All the staff were friendly, polite and helpful. The breakfast was fantastic so much choice and freshly cooked. also the evening meal was great. And secure gated parking. 10/10 」

「The location is impeccable but being in the city centre it can be quite noisy at night because of all the bars & clubs downstairs. The triple room is on the 4th floor so noise wise it's tolerable for just one night but be prepared to lift your luggages up the 100-step stairs. The room is better than expected, really clean & tidy. One down side is this hotel doesn't have its own reception so have to check in at the hotel across the road instead.」
