「Staff and premises made it a perfect short stay」

「Pam and Lorna are great hosts . The breakfast was amazing and the room spotless. Add to that 15 minutes walk to an awesome sandy beach it’s probably the ideal place to stay . We will be coming back , with the dog next time !」

「Heather was welcoming and friendly. Room was very comfortable and mine had a separate bathroom for sole use. Parking space on the drive. Property located on busy road. Tasty full English Breakfast. Local pub opposite serving food and drinks. Location great for New Forest access. 」

「Staff are very welcoming and will help as much as they can, to make sure your stay is good, the rooms are clean and fresh, the bar and dining areas are clean, and the pool table is a great added extra to this B&B. Like most old buildings there is always something that needs doing, if you look for it, but overall the property is in good character. We stayed for 1 night for a business trip, but would stay for more nights as the feeling of the place is very good, and this is down to the staff,...

「A great place if you wana drive down the night before your cruise as its close to the terminal! Nice freindly staff, food exellent! The room was basic but clean as was the bathroom. We where in a downstairs room so we had noisy upstairs occupants so when they walked across the room you could hear the footsteps and floorboards creaking! Fire alarm went off in the early hours but that cant be helped! Not a bad stay and i would stay there again. Highly recommend the fish&chips👌」

「The whole building was unique. unusual but very comfortable. We could have done with another chair in the Room.....but other than that fine. 'Mine host ' was very friendly and helpful. We had a bit of banter.」
