「What made this property and stay extraordinary was the host. Juliette was so wonderful! She made us an amazing to-order breakfast. She gave us a box to safely travel with a fragile purchase. 「Very accommodating to early check in request. A very cosy little cottage just a tiny bit on the small side. Two suitcases - not a lot of space to have them both open. Very clean, great area - peaceful and beautiful grounds - views were lovely. Would def stay there again if in Victoria. 「Older hotel. Shares hot water with other rooms and resulting in us not having hot water for shower. Room was missing outlet cover plate. No fan in bathroom. Bed and pillows were uncomfortable. Rooms could be more soundproof.
There was a washer and dryer on each level that were free to use. Staff was excellent and would have tried to take some off the amt because of the water issue, but because we booked through Expedia, they couldn’t do anything.」
