「Room not big enough for : suitcases What floor space there was was taken by a free standing AC unit the size of a small bar refrigerator which roared like a 747 picking clothes for the day involved houdini like manoeuvres!」

「My son loved that there was Disney plus as a bonus. 「Lovely old inn with well appointed clean rooms. Had evening meal which was excellent. Breakfast was also well cooked and delicious. It had a lovely ambience.」

「Our room was immediately above the kitchen and the extractor fan was turned on at 6 in the morning, vibrating through the building. We had occasion to complain about noise of "techno" music from a speaker in the kitchen on one occasion and the matter was resolved immediately」

「Amazing location and charming spot. The room was very comfortable and the restaurant was excellent. The pub and wonderful outdoor area attracted many locals and travellers. The walks to and from Birling Gap were stunning. What a spot!!」

「Nice experience with the country style stay :) 」

「Everything was absolutely fantastic, couldn’t find a fault at all. Brilliant accommodation, superb food, great atmosphere, really friendly & helpful staff and a really all round first class experience. Thank you, we will be back sometime.」

「I booked a room with seaview with the hope I can enjoy seaview in my hotel room. But then the room was facing other buildings. After some effort, I realised there was two inches seaview at the corner of the window. You need to make an effort in order to notice it! I think this is cheating. It’s a joke. 」

「Comfortable clean room. Nice breakfast. Good value for money」
