「Excellent food, nice environment, very good hotel」

「1. No wifi in the room. 2. The TV doesn't work. 3. Tableware not clean in the breakfast restaurant.」

「The 5-night stay was overall comfortable, although there was an issue with controlling the temperature of the hot water shower. It would occasionally become scalding during showers. It would also be wonderful if breakfast could include some fruit. Other than these minor points, it was a delightful stay. When we arrived in the late afternoon, the reception gentleman kindly helped my daughter and me carry our luggage to the room on the 2nd floor.」

「Lovely old building with lots of history , well situated in the heart of Ledbury so close to shops , restaurants , pubs etc . Staff were very friendly and helpful . We had an evening meal which was enjoyable and service was excellent. Great choice for breakfast and once again the service was good and efficient. Wandered and enjoyed several of the local hostelries and beers with welcoming locals. Returned to the Seven Stars and...

Unfortunately, I did not sleep very well at all due to the loudness of a generator which kept me awake all night. It felt as if I was sleeping inside a helicopter. I left the room early in the morning because I was fed up with the noise and I had...

「The room was clean and comfortable- bed a bit low and no armchair to sit in. Dinner and breakfast were excellent. Staff were helpful and very friendly」
