"Loved our time at the new jeso hotel, the room was comfy and very clean, beds were great, and even though we had shared bathrooms, the bathrooms were fabulous, and there are four bathroom/toilet rooms so no waiting for showers or toilets Will definitely stay there again"

"We did not get to stay at Lux Jesmond. When went to book in via msg it would not complete. Then I phoned the number provided the person had trouble locating my booking. When found the property was not available ( I had already paid & got confirmation) we were eventualy relocated to another location ..."
