Object to charge to use the pool

Nice hotel with friendly, helpful staff. The breakfast and food in the restaurant was good and the facilities are very nice. I don’t agree with the extra charge to use the swimming pool though and feel this should be included in the room rate.

Everything great, especially the restaurant food. Only issue was the breakfast coffee machines. As someone who likes coffee especially a cappuccino in the morning, the machines didn’t appear to be ‘bean to cup’ and the milk was not fresh. Sort out the coffee and my stay would have been excellent.

We had a suite and the size was excellent but the windows in both rooms were too small to let enough natural light in. Reception were great, the spa was excellent with plenty of beds round the pool. Breakfast was good apart from the fruit.

On arrival the reception staff were very welcoming, I believe the lady who dealt with us was called Katie. The staff in the restaurant in the evening again were lovely, very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble.
