The property was great, centrally located in Newaygo. Our room had a rustic luxury feel to it that was charming and comfortable. Although we didn't do any fishing (just here for a night enroute to another location), the fact that the excursion is available through facility is very convenient. As we walked downtown everyone was welcoming and friendly! Gotta try the jerkey!

Beautiful restored building ina cute town with good restaurants in walking distance. The keypads are somewhat tricky needing multiple tries, but an easy way to check in. My only suggestion would be to add a comfortable loveseat or chair in that massive room. Tiny chairs to low for “older” guests 😅 But the room is pretty and the bathroom amazing.

It was really lovely. One of the nicest places I've stayed. Great location in town and on the river, beautiful room, historic building, quaint downtown shops, complimentary cider donuts and chocolates, great coffee. We had a tiny little kerfuffle at check in ( no front desk, just keyless entry) and the owner graciously gave me the suite instead of the regular room. Treat yourself, you deserve it.
