The gentleman who helped us with the check in was amazing. The lady with the check out had a really bad attitude. The hotel is well located, close to liberty park, so very convenient to go to the Statue of Liberty. The area is very noisy, not sure if this is the case for all NYC

Exactly as pictured even more gorgeous in person! Our room was extremely clean and cleaned daily. The area is pretty convenient and easy to get around the city. Highly recommend!
