Our room was disgusting- we had blood stains on our window curtain as well as our shower curtain and some unknown stain all over the couch. The a/c had a metal rattle sound all night The sink was clogged the hotel itself is nice but the dirtiness of our room made it an unpleasant stay

Left all decaf coffee pods and the coffee machine was not working properly. When I called and asked to send someone to fix it, noone came. They have a water filter in the gym which only gives cold water. And they charge 1$ for providing drinking hot water. Which I am ok with paying but it's the principle ...
