Place was clean, but if you don't want to have your stay continuously interrupted by front desk managers who overbook, don't communicate, blame the guest, and bully and threaten them, then this isn't the place for you. Every step of the way we faced poor communication, disrespectful expectations of a guest, and the loss of time we were meant to vacation and spend with our friends who were getting married. I wish I had the space here to state every interaction we had with Steven and Tham, the front desk managers, I wish even more that they didn't lie to our faces about not having a general manager, who refused to communicate with us, and then lie to our faces about threats they made. Despite contacting IHG Guest Relations and following their directions, Steven and Tham threarened to call the police on us.
There is no way to feasibly condense the events into 1500 characters or less. But ultimately we missed time with friends during a joyous occasion all to get bullied, harassed, and threatened despite following IHG direction.
Time and time again at this hotel, we were miscommunicated to, disrespected, asked for unreasonable requests during a holiday, gaslit about their communications, and then blatantly lied to.
General management not once reached out to us when the request came through various mediums, including their own corporate guest relations staff. Never, have I ever been threatened, bullied, made to feel less than, and disrespected as a guest of a hotel.
