The room was very very dirty. There’s dust and trash everywhere. Just beware it’s dirty. Found a bandaid stuck on the wall on top of the headboard and many other just unsanitary things around the room. Wish I could get a refund. Staff is okay but dont stay here.

Paramount Times Square – A Generator Hotel
No ice bucket but had ice machines. No mini fridge. No complimentary coffee. No washcloths. No luggage rack. No glasses, plastic or otherwise. No coffee maker. Basic room with tv.

Stayed here for a quick 3 day weekend in NYC and enjoyed my stay. They allowed us to check our bags in early so that we start our activities immediately. The check in process was smooth and there weren’t any surprise fees. The room was clean but they only provided towels, soap lotion and coffee. ...
