"Had a fantastic stay at Hyatt Place. Clean and comfortable rooms, excellent service overall. Near shopping malls, and easy access to taxi or Uber for a trip to other parts of the city. Really helpful staff for booking or reservation at different restaurants and transport. The hotel also gives access to a swimming pool and a fitness room. Would love to visit the hotel again."

"The hotel is very convenient and walkable everywhere. The amenities, conditions and facilities are well taken care off. I have used the gym many times during my stayed. It does get little over crowded on certain days as there is only one bench press ( first comes first serve). There are more cardio machines in the gym, the pool is clean, there is a massage chair and a place for kids to play. "The room was very spacious and comfortable. Everything was clean and staff was friendly and helpful. There are lots of convenience stores close by and small restaurants. There is even a coin laundry right across the street that has wash and fold service. Breakfast is included as well! Would definitely stay here again!"

There is an MRT station across the street (and only a few stops from the airport), and a large shopping mall with lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance (500 meters). Very convenient. Would stay here again. You can hear some of the street noise and train noise from the room. This was not an issue for me, but light sleepers should be aware. "

The only downside wss the taxi they booked us only accepted cash, no one told us this and so we had to run around the airport trying to find a currency exchange and nearly missed our flight.
