Very nice and clean. Hosts are very friendly. The location is convenient to both Jiufen and Shifen. We really enjoyed it.

First time family visit to Ruifang

The host was extremely friendly. Love the breakfast included in the morning, sandwiches and included kids option and milk for the children. Water machine was good, hot and cold water readily available. Big size king beds, very comfortable Very close walk to train station and the main area. May not be easy to find if you dont know what you're looking for. 10mins by car to the famous JiuFen, so definitely convenient location. They care about your privacy so they don't clean your room unless you ask, so you may run out of toilet paper when you come back from a long day.

Well located within 5 minutes walk from the railway station but a bit behind the main area and a little difficult to find. Lovely fresh room but a bit small and no wardrobe space or bath (but good powerful shower). Owner wasn’t there upon arrival (5pm) so had to call his mobile and he came along within 10 minutes which wasn’t too long but annoyed to find that the premises was locked and closed when we arrived with our luggage after a 3 hour trip from Taipei. Breakfast was disappointing (just a Taiwanese bread with a packet of banana milk) and the coffee machine was impossible to work out how to use. There wasn’t any staff present either to someone to ask. Owner doesn’t speak English either so be warned!

客室は清潔に保たれていました。はじめ着いたときは、誰もスタッフがいなくて、どう連絡を取ればいいか迷いましたが、玄関にQRコードが貼ってあって、そのLINEに連絡したらスタッフが来てくれました。 朝食は買ってきてくれるサンドイッチセットのようなものでしたが、コーヒーも沸かして丁寧に用意してくれました。2日目は朝5時出発だと言ったら、その前にパンとバナナを用意してくれたり。 駅や商店街にも近くて便利でした。

我們暑假一家四口到台灣遊玩八天，其中一家飯店選擇了愉園，我們是自駕遊，這裏泊車極不方便。由於飯店沒有洗衣機提供，幾天旅遊的髒衣服理應自己手洗，四個人最少八件衫褲，涼衣架已經細小得可憐，我把洗好但沒位置掠的衣服晾在後花園 ，(後花園有很多樹遮蓋住，)竟然給負責任人說不要掠在外面，會影響飯店外觀。我當下又生氣又好笑，是因為你配套不足啊!

Alors près du centre, petit déjeuner apporté à 8h par notre hôte ! Nous avons juste regretté l odeur et l humidité du logement mais je pense qu il n avait pas été loué récemment. Hôte contacté par whatsapp à l arrivée . Arrivée rapide de l hôte pour nous faire entrer et nous expliquer rapidement mais précisément les difrenetes clés et codes. Très bien ! Et merci pour le petit déjeuner qui n était pas prévu lors de la réservation.

希望老闆在客人入住前先確認好自來水的加壓馬達是否已開啟，水量太弱導致水溫忽冷忽熱，洗澡真的蠻不舒服的。雖然跟老闆反應後，有馬上幫忙處理。

很棒

平日旅遊。意外的假包棟。 民宿離火車站超級近。很方便 生活機能也可以 離超商不遠 住宿環境乾淨舒適 只是客廳玻璃一側是透明的 晚上路人會一直看進來 一樓門窗都是玻璃 圍籬沒有全包 感覺會有的害怕治安問題 附的早餐 很好吃😋

別訂４人房，其他不錯

優點： 　房間很乾淨、離火車站很近、逛老街方便、老闆頗豪爽。廚房好像可以任意用（我們沒用到）。 缺點： 　我們住４人房（二床），樓中樓型式，空間非常非常小，光是放二個人的行李都有困難。有去看雙人房的，空間還不錯，後悔應該訂二個雙人房的。 　另，隔音似乎不太好，會聽到樓上（住家）的走動與電視聲音。還好半夜就沒了。 其他： 　住宿時是淡季，老闆不在民宿，提早到要放行李時沒人，電話聯絡老闆，可以自行開門進去大廳放行李。離開時key放櫃台就可以。所以應該不適合喜歡隨時有人服侍的旅客，我們是沒差。

瑞芳有質感的住宿

原來有本館和新館，Google導航是本館的位置，住宿那天已被包棟，臨時被換到新館的四人房。管家說新館的房間比較大，可是我比較喜歡本館的樓中樓。不知為何，房間有個刺鼻的味道，管家說是香精，可是我不是很喜歡。整體來說房間裝潢新穎，而且離火車站很近，管家熱情態度很好，是不錯的入住經驗。

部屋はとても清潔で、ホストの方も分かるまでちゃんと教えてくれました！ 日本語対応はできませんが、英語でわかりやすく伝えてくれます。 普通のホテルとは少し違いますが、鍵のシステム等初めての事が多く新鮮でした。

很棒，很舒適。 但有一個小小建議房東，那個洗手間裡可以加一個置物架，因為洗澡時都不知衣服和毛巾該放那裡，沒掛勾不方便

精心設計過的民宿

缺點：廁所沒有抽風且水量有點小。 優點：房間很乾淨，整體很有設計風格，老闆待人親切，早上附的早餐很好吃。
